No, but the itching could easily be due to the alcohol, which dries out your skin. I would advise putting a little unscented lotion on your ear after you clean it. If that doesn't work, you can try cleaning it with salt water instead of alcohol - that won't disinfect it as thoroughly, but it won't dry your skin out either.
