I am decreeing this: I am going to cosplay Gokudera Hayato at the next ConnectiCon I go to. Possibly also a smaller con in New York in between.
It is going to happen. I posted it here so now I'm going to be way too embarrassed to cop out on it. This is probably the first character I am genuinely invested in enough to spend time and money playing dress up as.
... I am going to have to go shopping at Hot Topic. *hangs head in shame*

Went to ConnectiCon last weekend with Stephanie, James, and Brendan. It was an absolute blast. Stephanie, Brendan, and I got a lot of things for anime club this year, and hopefully we can run it so it's more organized this year. CtCon had a great panel on running anime clubs. It mostly pertained to colleges, but we got a lot of useful info out of it.
